Can you quote over the phone?
If you contact me with the area of the room I will be able to give you a price for the cleaning. I will also need to know if there are any bad stains, any damage to the carpet, and if it is on its grippers. |

Will all stains come out?
All stains will be treated. Most will come out in the cleaning process. Some more stubbon marks will need extra attention, especially if they have already been treated with supermarket remedies. |

Is it true that once cleaned carpet and upholstery gets dirty again more quickly?
No. With modern methods of cleaning all cleaning chemicals are rinsed away (like a rinse cycle on a washing machine). So no sticky residue is left to attract dirt. |

Do I need to be at home?
No, I can pick up keys before cleaning if local. I can also clean while you are at work if necessary.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay either by cheque or cash. Payment is due on completion of work. |
