At this time any problems should be highlighted and your expectations clearly understood. The results that can be expected explained.
However we do not live in a perfect world sometimes things do not go as expected and sometimes equipment lets us down. That is why we have the Afresh guarantee.
If you are not happy with the results of a clean, the area or item will be recleaned. If you are still not happy, you do not pay for the area or item. If you have paid already the charge for the area or item will be refunded.
All tradesmen have to be covered by Public Liability Insurance by law. But this does not insure against damage to items being worked upon. When you have Afresh to deep cleanse your textiles, each item is insured against damage with Professional Indemnity Insurance.
